Intensives: Big Clarity. Fast.

Deep-dive coaching days for individuals, couples, and families. Less spinning, more deciding.

As Seen In…

The Financially Flexible Method: Assess → Align → Act
You’ll get practical tools rooted in values, clear numbers, and simple systems designed for real life.

What Are Intensives?

Intensives are focused, high-touch coaching days that trade months of “we should” for one powerful sprint. In 3 or 6 hours, we cut through decision fatigue, map your values to a real-world money plan, and assign clear roles so you leave with answers, not more homework.

Who Are Intensives For?

You’re smart, busy, and living where groceries cost the same as concert tickets. You want to:

  • Make confident decisions about a prenup, baby leave/childcare, or shared money roles.
  • Stop the same argument and learn a calmer, no-blame conversation flow.
  • Repair after a rupture and move from crisis to connection—without dragging it out for months.
  • Get a plan you’ll actually follow, not another dust-collecting worksheet.

If you’re ready to trade friction for forward motion, an Intensive is your fast pass.

How An Intensive Works

Before:

  • Quick intake + goals survey
  • Bring key numbers (income, fixed costs, savings, debt); we’ll keep it judgment-free

During (choose 3 or 6 hours):

  • Focused coaching using my Assess → Align → Act framework
  • Skill-building (scripts, decision trees, values → budget moves)
  • Live planning in plain language + breaks to reset your nervous systems

After:

  • A clean, written plan with next actions, timelines, and roles
  • Templates or checklists relevant to your track (e.g., Prenup questions, Baby budget scenarios, Repair steps)
  • Optional add-ons: accountability sprints, DFY resource build, pro-to-pro collaboration (CPA/CFP/attorney)

Which Do We Pick?

3-Hour (Best For): a focused decision, one sticky pattern, or a single plan you want finished today.

6-Hour (Best For): multi-part decisions (e.g., prenup + budget + roles), deeper repair/communication practice, or complex perinatal planning.

Both include: pre-work, live plan build, and a written next-step roadmap.

Upgrade anytime: if we uncover more than expected, we can extend.

What You’ll Walk Away With

Clarity: Decisions made (or time-boxed), with criteria you agree on.

A Plan You Trust: Clear numbers, roles, timelines, and scripts.

Calmer Nervous Systems: Brief resets you’ll actually remember to use.

Momentum: 1–3 “must-move” actions due within 7 days, so progress sticks.
